About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
 - Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
 - Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address customer issues, often resolving them on the first call.
 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about products, services, and promotions, enabling you to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
 - Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
 - Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
 
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
 - At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
 - Excellent speaking voice and strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
 - Strong grammar and English language skills, with the ability to read and correct errors.
 - Reliable high-speed internet connection (50 upload/10 download) and a suitable workspace.
 - A working Windows or MAC computer and a high-quality headset (not a tablet or Chromebook).
