Key Responsibilities


  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)

  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues and addressing their concerns

  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions

  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience

  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a customer-centric approach and a positive attitude

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:


  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role

  • A high school diploma or GED

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing situations

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to navigate various software applications

  • A desktop or laptop that meets our technical requirements (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered)

  • High-Speed internet connection (wired) and a smartphone

  • Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:


  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex customer issues
