The Role: Customer Support Associate
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be the frontline expert for our end-users, providing top-notch support across multiple channels. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. If you have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a knack for handling support platforms and social media, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests across various channels, ensuring user needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
 - Manage day-to-day operational tasks such as ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other related functions.
 - Communicate with end-users through multiple mediums including phone, voicemail, in-app and web messaging, email, and social media to ensure positive customer experiences.
 - Collaborate with internal teams and external third parties to resolve complex customer issues.
 - Continuously build and maintain expert-level knowledge of our product to provide accurate and helpful support.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2C high-volume customer support.
 - Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Helpshift or Zendesk.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
 - Experience with customer communication via social media and app store reviews.
 - Familiarity with payment processing systems and dispute resolution processes (ACH, credit cards, chargebacks, etc.).
 - Willingness and ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, including evenings and overnights.

Compensation and Benefits
