About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
 - Respond to inbound phone calls from dental and vision professionals and insured members, providing clear and effective communication to address their queries and concerns.
 - Offer technical support for our website and mobile app, including password resets, to ensure seamless customer experience.
 - Meet and exceed area production standards and Group metrics, contributing to the overall performance of the team.
 - Take on other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
 
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, laying the foundation for your career in customer service.
 - 0-2 years of related experience, with a preference for background in contact centers, customer service, dental offices, or insurance, which will be a significant plus.
 - The ability to work overtime when required, showing commitment to supporting business needs.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
