Work Schedule and Requirements
This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights. The Medicare department operates 7 days a week, with full-time shifts ranging from Sunday to Saturday, between 7:45 AM and 8:15 PM. You will be required to work one late night shift and either a Saturday or Sunday shift, with a standard 37.5-hour workweek. Overtime may be offered or required as needed, and you must be available to work beyond the standard 40 hours per week.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Experience in call center customer service, preferably in an inbound call environment with no telesales.
- Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset and ability to empathize with customers.
