About the Job

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Data Entry Specialist who can lead the development and delivery of elite events from in-person to virtual and everything in between for external and internal audiences in India. The ideal candidate will have the ability to blend strategic thinking with execution at scale, and will not be afraid to push boundaries and offer groundbreaking ideas that are both useful and innovative. You will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams, including regional event experts, local PR, Content, and Marketing teams, to deliver successful event campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create innovative proposals and quotes for events
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across various disciplines to align on event strategies
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and think outside the box
  • Proactively gather feedback and perspectives from cross-functional partners to deliver effective event campaign strategies
  • Produce high-quality, consumer-driven experiences that are unique to blithequark
  • Manage external vendors and agencies, and oversee event-related requirements
  • Provide team with key direction on venue acquisition, vendor selection, entertainment, and event-related needs
  • Demonstrate excellent project management, budgeting, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in events, preferably from the media and entertainment industry, with a focus on creating, executing, planning, and staffing events at a company, studio, agency, or with a brand
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and under pressure, while consistently exercising smart judgment even in the face of ambiguity
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to focus on details and deliver high-quality results
  • Experience working in the Asia-Pacific region is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in film or TV awards campaigns
  • Knowledge of the latest tools, platforms, and technologies to deliver innovative event experiences
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or virtual environment, with flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate what is and isn't required to deliver a successful campaign
