Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry professionals. As a Data Entry specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, building, testing, and maintenance of data pipelines at large information scales. You will work closely with our team to refresh data from various sources, perform batch processing of collected data, and ensure that data is handled and analyzed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning, building, testing, and maintenance of data pipelines at large information scales
 - Refreshing data from various data sources
 - Performing batch processing of collected data and matching its organization to the stored data
 - Ensuring that data is handled and analyzed effectively
 - Helping to keep the environment and pipeline upgraded and efficient
 - Investigating standard execution, data-related issues, and providing L3 support
 - Executing parsers, validators, transformers, and correlators to reformat, update, and improve data
 - Providing recommendations for highly complex issues
 - Offering guidance to those in less senior positions
 
Unexpected Expected Set of Responsibilities
As a Data Architect at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in designing and driving engineering development and working with the delivery of key business initiatives. You will act as a "universal interpreter" between IT, business, programmers, and data researchers, collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value.
- Understanding in-depth both the business and technical issues Blithequark intends to address
 - Building tools, platforms, and pipelines to enable groups to clearly and neatly investigate data, assemble models, and drive decisions
 - Increasing from "PC scale" to "team scale" issues, in terms of both infrastructure and issue design and method
 - Collaborating across teams to drive the generation of data-driven functional bits of insight that mean high-value improved solutions
 - Delivering clear value quickly, working together with different teams of varying backgrounds and disciplines
 - Classifying best practices for future reuse as available, reusable examples, templates, and code bases
 - Connecting with senior technologists from the broader enterprise and beyond Blithequark (partner environments and clients) to create cooperative energies and guarantee smooth arrangements to downstream functional systems
 
Essential Qualifications
Data Architect I
- Four-year college education in Data Systems, Software Engineering, or a quantitative discipline like Math or Engineering
 - One (1) year equivalent conventional training or work experience
 - Essential knowledge in data engineering and AI structures, including design, development, and execution of highly complex systems and data pipelines
 - Essential knowledge in Data Systems, including design, development, and execution of large batch or online transaction-based systems
 - Experience as a junior member of multi-functional project teams
 - Strong oral and written relational skills
 
Data Specialist II
- Four-year certification in Software Engineering, Data Systems, a connected quantitative field, such as Engineering or Math
 - Two (2) years equivalent work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business critical thinking, simulation development, and/or predictive analysis
 - Strong knowledge in data engineering and AI structures, including design, development, and execution of highly complex systems and data pipelines
 - Strong knowledge in Data Systems, including design, development, and execution of large team or online transaction-based systems
 - Strong comprehension of the transportation business, competitors, and developing technologies
 - Experience as a member of multi-functional project teams
 - Strong oral and written relational skills
 
Data Engineer III
- Four-year college education in Data Systems, Software Engineering, or a quantitative discipline like Math or Engineering
 - Three to Four (3-4) years equivalent work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business critical thinking, simulation development, or predictive analysis
 - Broad knowledge in data engineering and AI structures, including design, development, and execution of exceptionally complex systems and data pipelines
 - Broad knowledge in Data Systems, including design, development, and execution of large batch or online transaction-based systems
 - Strong comprehension of the transportation business, competitors, and evolving technologies
 - Experience providing leadership in a general training or consulting setting

Data Engineer Lead
- Four-year college education in Data Systems, Software Engineering, or a quantitative discipline like Science or Engineering
 - Five to Seven (5-7) years equivalent work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business critical thinking, simulation development, or predictive analysis
 - Broad knowledge in data engineering and AI structures, including design, development, and execution of exceptionally complex systems and data pipelines
 - Broad knowledge in Data Systems, including design, development, and execution of large batch or online transaction-based systems
 - Strong comprehension of the transportation business, competitors, and developing technologies
 - Experience providing initiative in a general training or consulting setting
 - Experience as a leader or senior member of multi-capability project teams
 - Strong oral and written relational skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in software engineering, programming, database systems, distributed systems
 - Familiarity with distributed and cloud environments and a deep understanding of optimizing computational considerations with theoretical properties
 - Experience in building robust cloud-based data engineering and curation solutions for making data products helpful for various applications
 - Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Azure tooling for large-scale data engineering endeavors and solutions
 - Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL DB, Azure Synapse Analytics
 - Creating and operationalizing capacities and solutions involving under close to real-time high-volume streaming circumstances
 - Active development skills with the capacity to work at the code level and help troubleshoot hard-to-resolve issues
 - A convincing history of planning and delivering large-scale technical solutions, which deliver clear, ongoing value
 - Direct experience having built and delivered robust, complex production systems that carry out current, data processing strategies at scale
