Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist – Legal Document Filing and e-Fulfillment

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Fulfillment team. As a key member of our remote team, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our online platforms and tools. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams, collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and contribute to our common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Review and Filing: Review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ongoing Training: Participate in regular training sessions to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Additional Projects: Complete additional projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and ability to adapt to new challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn our internal systems.
  • Typing Speed: Typing speed of at least 50-60 words per minute.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legal document filing and e-fulfillment processes.
