Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work from home virtually, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and web. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, and promoting customer privacy and safety. This is a 40-hour per week position, with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtual Customer Support: Assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
- Call Management: Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction.
- Issue Resolution: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary.
- Best-in-Class Service: Provide a best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Inquiries: Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs.
- Technical Support: Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com.
- Customer Relationship Building: Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them.
- Long-Term Relationship Building: Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship.
- Customer Privacy and Safety: Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company's Work From Home policy.
Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
- Computer and Web-Based Tools: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
- Pre-Employment Drug Test: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center.
- Healthcare Environment: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Fast-Paced Work Environment: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
