Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of end-user issues in our clinical trials software applications
  • Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
  • Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times
  • Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • At least one year of applicable experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level
  • Strong phone skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese
  • Experience in clinical trials or healthcare industry
