Position Summary
We're seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care division. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist our members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answer questions, and resolve issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide heart-driven service, simplify our members' health care experiences, and help them understand their coverage and options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from members and provide exceptional customer service
 - Assist members with inquiries and resolve issues related to pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
 - Offer solutions to simplify members' health care experiences and help them understand their coverage and options
 - Maintain accurate records and update member information as needed
 - Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
 - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
 - Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
 - High School Diploma
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
 - Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
 - Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
 - Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
 - Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
 - Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
 - Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
