Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • To be a resident of the United States
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests
  • Reliable internet, smartphone, and/or computer

Preferred Skills and Competencies

While not required, the following skills and competencies are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry
  • IATA certification or other relevant travel industry certifications
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
