Job Summary
As a Specialist in Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting air travel, and resolving customer issues in a mutually beneficial manner. You'll work closely with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to provide personalized support, address concerns, and offer solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air travel on Blithequark, providing customers with personalized travel recommendations and solutions.
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information, resolving customer problems, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on flight status.
- Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that affect customers, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Native SABRE or willingness to learn.
