Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
 - Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to a positive customer experience.
 - Support Partners: Provide support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure that they have the resources they need to succeed.
 - Document and Track Interactions: Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences.
 - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
 - Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
 - Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
 - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and team members.
