Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process.
  • Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage the check-in process, verifying that customers have the necessary documentation for travel.
  • Tag baggage and perform various lifting tasks, including transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts, and handling items at floor level and waist level.
  • Adhere to safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, prioritizing a safe working environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for ticketing and baggage handling.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks that involve bending, standing, and walking.
