Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales deals to drive business growth.
 - Process customer policy change requests efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless experiences.
 - Secure all necessary trailing documents from customers in a timely manner.
 - Handle incoming claim calls from customers with empathy and professionalism, providing follow-up as needed.
 - Complete Evidence of Insurance requests accurately and promptly.
 - Greet every customer entering the office with a friendly and helpful demeanor, setting the tone for exceptional service.
 - Take premium payments from customers, ensuring accurate processing.
 - View each customer contact as an opportunity for cross-selling and up-selling, including financial products.
 - Verify and update customer information, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, during every interaction.
 - Answer incoming phone calls promptly, on the first ring, and return phone messages in a timely manner.
 - Stay up-to-date on new products and services, expanding your knowledge to better serve customers.
 - Provide exceptional customer service and support, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
 - Excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving long-term growth.
