• Provide exceptional customer support via live chat and Google Meet (only when needed), ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Effectively deescalate situations and manage customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, utilizing active listening skills and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions on our cybersecurity products and services, leveraging your technical knowledge and communication skills to build trust and confidence.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary, utilizing our CRM system to track and analyze customer feedback and sentiment.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers, participating in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current on the latest developments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and feedback from customer interactions, helping to shape our customer support strategy and processes.

**Schedule:**
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you'll be required to adhere to our standard office hours, which are US-EST time. This will ensure that you're available to support our clients during their peak hours and that you can collaborate effectively with your team members.
**Compensation:**
