[Remote] Part-Time Customer Service Representative for a Digital Company
                                Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LTVplus is a remote-first company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences for brands worldwide. They are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative who will assist customers primarily with post-sales inquiries and manage support requests through their internal systems.
Responsibilities
• CSR: Some pre-sales (customer is having a problem placing their order, primarily post-sales (customer wants to cancel their order, stop automatic renewals from occurring, or hasn't received their subscription). To complete some customer requests (such as opting out or initiating certain refunds), there are additional forms to enter and submit, so minor data entry.
• Operating our internal CS system and order management systems to provide support to customers via chat and email.
• Solved tickets per hour: 9 or above, Satisfaction rating: 85% or higher, One-Touch rating: 80% or higher
Skills
• At least 1-2 Years of Experience.
• Software/platforms required: Zendesk
• Strong written communication skills and a deep understanding of the English language.
• Able to convey empathy while maintaining control of the conversation with an upset customer.
• Zendesk Experience
