**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Specialist – Online Support Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with clients, union members, and internal teams to provide exceptional support experiences. Your daily activities will include:
* Inbound and outbound calling to establish consultations and conduct discussions with clients and union members
* Utilizing simple computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and documentation
* Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure exceptional service delivery

* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support experiences
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calling, email, and chat support
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and union members

**Essential Qualifications**
