**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure continued great service to our customers
* Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum two years' experience in customer care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
