**Job Summary**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone, handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, and providing top-notch customer service. **Responsibilities**
* Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
* Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service
* Provide top-notch customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize computer software to access client information, manage calls, and track interactions
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including call logs and follow-up activities
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with minimal supervision
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and online platforms
* Ability to learn new software and systems quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing technology and processes

* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
