**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process
* Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team
* Following up with potential patients to address questions, concerns, and scheduling needs
* Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and our operations team
* Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction rates
* Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 10+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth
* 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and coordination
* 5+ years of inside/inbound sales experience, with a strong ability to build rapport, identify needs, and close deals
* Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* High self-motivation and a passion for spending all day talking to prospects on the phone, building relationships, and driving sales growth
* Flexibility and adaptability, as your responsibilities will grow and/or shift as our company continues to evolve and expand
**Compensation, Growth, and Benefits**

* A competitive base pay of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience
* Potential Annual Bonus of up to $5,000, based on performance and sales growth
