**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
* Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value
* Demonstrating exceptional soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
* Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying opportunities to position new solutions that align with customers' needs
* Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite connections)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet, secure workspace that meets our requirements

* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings and weekends required)
