As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be part of our Partner Expert IT Crewmember Innovation Administrations (CTS) team, which is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our crewmembers from the comfort of their own homes. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our crewmembers receive prompt, professional, and convenient first and second-level support, as well as specialized assistance with various technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional on-site and remote customer support to blithequark crewmembers
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our equipment, applications, and communication systems
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of support requests and resolutions
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Working collaboratively with our IT team to identify and implement process improvements
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED certificate)
* Experience supporting the latest operating systems or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate through Coursera
* Experience carrying out and supporting applications
* Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
* Possession of valid travel documents and the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
* Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US
* Experience using desktop software packages
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Industry-recognized certifications (Microsoft, networking, programming languages)
* Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products
* Familiarity with Trade and Office Suite
* Knowledge of LAN environments using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
* Knowledge of communication, messaging, and network systems (VOIP and POTS)
* Knowledge of mobile devices
* Familiarity with MDM solutions like Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune
* Knowledge of general media solutions

As a member of our team, you'll be expected to:
* Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Be available to work flexible hours and respond to support requests without prior notice
* Maintain a professional appearance while working or traveling on blithequark flights
* Participate in light cleaning of the aircraft while on duty
