About the Role
This is a full-time, predominantly remote opportunity that requires you to be a resident of Massachusetts. You'll start with comprehensive onsite training for the first month, followed by a seamless transition to a remote work setup. As a Remote Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing incoming faxes, verifying essential information, and handling inbound calls to confirm prescription coverage. You'll work collaboratively with our team in a dynamic call center environment, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to drive excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming faxes containing critical information from healthcare providers, patients, and medications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify that all essential information is complete, including dates of birth and medication dosages, to facilitate seamless prescription coverage.
- Proactively follow up with providers to obtain any missing data, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Enter data accurately to confirm prescription coverage, ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and support.
- Handle around 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather the same information, providing a positive experience for patients and healthcare providers alike.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center setting, where you've honed your skills in handling diverse customer interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
