Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• A good speaking voice and excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• The ability to read and correct grammar, with a strong command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications
