About the Role: Customer Support Specialist for the US Market
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team and take the reins for the US market. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be the go-to expert for our US customers, providing top-notch support via email and chat on a range of topics including payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. Your mission will be to not only resolve customer queries efficiently but to also contribute to the continuous improvement of our services by evaluating updates and recommending enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to the US market, addressing customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
 - Research and resolve complex customer issues related to payments, invoicing, account management, and product queries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate customer feedback, suggest product improvements, and stay updated on product developments to enhance customer support.
 - Maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to effectively communicate their value and functionality to customers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Care or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
 - Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
 - A strong enthusiasm for working in a scale-up environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
 - Exceptional soft skills, including excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, along with a strong team spirit.
 
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience working in start-up or scale-up environments, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
 - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
 - Experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
 - Proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, or Italian.
