Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and understanding.
- Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining precise records of customer interactions.
- Provide solutions and resolve customer complaints in a fair and courteous manner, adhering to the company's customer service standards.
- Stay updated on the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively address customer inquiries.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college education or higher is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.

- Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring coverage throughout the year.
