Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, utilizing tools like ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to streamline workflows and stay organized.
  • Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on company knowledge and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information.
  • Participate in team discussions, sharing insights and suggestions to improve customer support processes and overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and task management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using modern business tools like ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA (training provided if needed).

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:

  • Previous customer support experience, particularly in a remote or online setting.
