As a leading provider of 24-hour alarm monitoring services for residential and commercial customers, blithequark is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey. Our team is dedicated to responding to emergency signals, verifying alarm activations, and dispatching the proper authorities when needed. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of this process, working closely with our customers and emergency responders to provide a seamless and effective service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle emergency signals and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
 - Notify and verify alarm signals, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
 - Dispatch proper authorities, such as police, fire, or medical responders, as needed
 - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
 - Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
 - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or alarm monitoring environment
 - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
 - Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
 - Ability to commute to our Manasquan, NJ office for training (within 45 minutes)
 
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bilingual language skills, with the potential to earn bilingual differentials
 - Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 - Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Training and Development
Our paid training program will take place on-site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024. During this period, you'll have the opportunity to learn about our systems, processes, and procedures, as well as develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
