- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their distinct workflows and business goals, providing personalized guidance and strategic insights to help them fully leverage the platform.
- Continuously create and refine educational materials for specific client personas, supporting adoption processes that facilitate long-term success and deep engagement with blithequark's CRM.
- Partner with Sales and Onboarding teams to offer educational support, ensuring a seamless and consistent client journey, during onboarding as well as throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive repository of educational materials within blithequark's video library, ensuring clients have ongoing access to up-to-date and relevant resources that address their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively resolving various forms of feedback, working with ongoing training, and fostering relationships that contribute to their overall success with the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Support, to relay client feedback and help drive improvements in both client experience and product functionality, ensuring blithequark continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B product education or a related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a significant advantage.
- A strong desire to work in a high-energy and collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly via screen share, email, and phone.
