About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. Whether our customers are traveling for business or pleasure, you will be the expert in the airport who provides a pleasant, professional, confident, and insightful experience to help solve customer travel issues and make their journey memorable.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
