About the Role
The Customer Experience Concierge role at blithequark is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, premium lounge environment, delivering superior service to our valued customers. As the face of blithequark, you will act as an ambassador of our brand, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our customers. Your goal will be to create a personalized experience for each customer, tailoring our products and services to meet their unique needs and deepening their relationship with blithequark.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns in a proactive and innovative manner
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service
- Make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience and well-being in all interactions
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with proactive solutions and a customer-centric approach
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, with a positive attitude and utmost professionalism
- Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively, while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
- Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to an ever-changing environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to lift light to moderate weights as required
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel reservation experience, with knowledge of airline, hotel, or travel industry systems and procedures
- Experience working in a premium lounge or hospitality environment, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations

Compensation and Benefits
