As a Specialist, Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service, you will be an integral part of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, promoting and selling air travel, resolving customer problems, and communicating with customers over the phone.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems
  • Ability to be resourceful and creative in resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
  • Satisfactory attendance required
