Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated full-time customer service representatives to support our inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing representatives for commercial and public sector support positions. As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable brands in the world, handling inbound calls, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and building strong relationships with customers while professionally representing our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote our products and services
  • Explain and position our products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to address their queries and concerns
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with our managerial team, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for repeat calls and ensuring customer satisfaction

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualities:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

If you have previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, it would be an added advantage.
