About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Spanish Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Spanish Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving queries, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your passion for delivering outstanding service, combined with your native-level Spanish and English language skills, will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and exceeding customer expectations.
 - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products, recognizing when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.
 - Handle all correspondence as requested, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.
 - Log all calls accurately and in line with procedure, maintaining up-to-date records and administration.
 - Demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and identify solutions using existing guidelines and tools, taking ownership of issues and providing first-touch resolution whenever possible.
 - Meet minimum monitoring criteria and exceed daily/weekly targets, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to team success.
 - Collaborate with colleagues as part of a high-performing team, sharing knowledge, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
 - Embody a culture of continuous learning, expanding and sharing knowledge to enhance personal and team performance.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Native-level English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to handle calls and emails in both languages.
 - Experience or aptitude for customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
 - True team player mentality, with a flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and responsibilities.
 - Knowledge of Mac/PC, Android, and iOS operating systems, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
 - A minimum of 20 words per minute typing speed, with strong client-facing communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and drive to resolve issues.
 - Ability to troubleshoot problems, research, and find answers to client questions, working effectively under pressure.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous fashion background or retail experience, with a passion for luxury brands and products.
 - ECDL qualification, with a strong foundation in computer skills and software applications.

Working Hours
This role is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days from 6 on a rotational basis, Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 20:00.
