Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Representative and Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in guiding customers to achieve their travel package goals. You'll work closely with customers to create personalized itineraries, respond to client requests, and provide concierge-level service. - Coordinate Internal and Team Needs: Assist with distributing information and coordinating internal and team needs as required.
- Update Daily Activity and Reporting: Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM.
- Manage Time Effectively: Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet productivity and performance goals.
- Serve as Backup Travel Support: Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact in case of emergencies, including outside of normal office hours.
