Key Responsibilities:
- Live Chat and Phone Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through outbound calls to follow up on previous interactions, offer promotions, and schedule visits.
- Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks on customers from the prior day to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Contact maintenance customers to schedule visits and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Promotions and Upselling: Reach out to customers on our list to offer promotions and upsell services.
- Review Follow-up: Follow up on both positive and negative reviews to gather feedback and demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- General Inbound Customer Service: Handle general inbound customer service inquiries, providing solutions and answering questions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
