Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless travel experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with ticketing, baggage check-in, and gate boarding processes
  • Providing routing and travel planning assistance to customers
  • Operating computer systems to manage customer check-in, boarding, and seat availability
