Key Job Responsibilities
As a Learning Experience Designer at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and Developing Learning Experiences: Create engaging e-learning for on-the-job performance improvement, using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
- Managing Curriculum Maintenance: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes.
- Consulting with Customers: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
- Data-Driven Insights: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience. Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights.
- Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Program or Project Management Experience: 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Cross-Functional Experience: 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- Process Improvement Experience: 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Program Requirements: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- End-to-End Delivery Experience: 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- Process Improvements Experience: 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Stakeholder Management Experience: 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience.
- Change Management Experience: 3+ years of change management experience.
