Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, primarily tax professionals, who require assistance with our software navigation and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Procedures: Interview customers to collect information about problems and lead them through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to provide resolution.
  • Call Log and Record Keeping: Log and track calls using a Call Log database, maintaining history records and related problem documentation.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure maximum goodwill from inbound or outbound phone transactions, providing a positive and professional experience for our customers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with blithequark Software: Minimum of 3 years prior experience using blithequark Software, with navigational awareness and critical thinking skills.
  • Tax Preparation Experience: At least 2 years of tax preparation experience, with a strong understanding of tax regulations and procedures.
  • Computer and Keyboarding Skills: Basic computer and keyboarding skills required, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
