Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Support Agent to join our team in Jamaica. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
- Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets
 - Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
 - Rebook passengers on overbooked flights and during irregular operations
 - Check-in passengers and assign seats (except curbside)
 - Provide upgrades and vouchers for hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation
 - Assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing
 - Clear/verify international documents at kiosks in the ticket counter area and activation stations
 - Accept and activate passengers' self-tagged bags at activation stations
 - Assist customers needing special assistance or in-station
 - Assist in boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulant passengers, passengers requiring special assistance, and/or unaccompanied minors
 - Perform customer service tasks related to the management of regional flights and contractor/ground handling agreements or contracts
 - Maintain a regular and predictable presence on the premises, including meeting any overtime requirements that are required
 - Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with blithequark's guidelines
 - Respond to and assist passengers during security and/or emergency situations
 - Follow the company's rules, procedures, and standards for performance
 - Follow government regulations (such as DOT, FAA, and TSA), complete job-related training, utilize multiple internal resources and systems, and adhere to company policy regarding uniforms
 
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
 - Bilingual language skills required in some locations
 - Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
 - Must pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
 - Must be able to secure necessary travel documents
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
 - Experience working in an airport or air transportation environment
 - Knowledge of air transportation regulations and procedures
 - Proficiency in multiple languages
