As a Remote Banking Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a talented team that shares your passion for delivering outstanding experiences. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced bilingual customer service agent to join our team on a temporary basis until January 31, 2025. This is a remote position, and candidates must be within 35 miles from Raintree and the Loop 101. As a Remote Banking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting multiple bank customers who have accrued enough reward points to purchase products. Your primary focus will be on tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and resolving issues related to damaged shipments. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers via phone, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently * Track shipments, cancel orders, and refund reward points as needed * Assist customers with booking travel using their accumulated reward points, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises * Work collaboratively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions * Maintain accurate records and update customer information as necessary * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
