**Job Summary**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' members, providing timely and effective support to address their concerns, answer their questions, and resolve their issues. You'll work closely with our internal partners to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution, leveraging your exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver a world-class customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls from clients' members, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
* Utilize established call flows and work processes to resolve issues and provide solutions, ensuring compliance with government and state regulations
* Collaborate with internal partners to escalate complex issues, refer members to relevant resources, and provide support with claims, provider searches, and billing payments
* Maintain accurate records of caller interactions, adhering to Quality Assurance Guidelines and meeting monthly rating standards
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple applications, dual screens, and email accounts while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on call handling resources and documentation guidelines
* Provide exceptional support to members who may be experiencing frustration or anger, using active listening skills and empathy to de-escalate situations and resolve issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma (or GED) required
* 1-year previous customer service experience in a call center environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required
* Demonstrated experience using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phones simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at a required speed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Bilingual or multilingual skills

**Compensation and Perks**
* Hourly rate: $16.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
