**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to union members and organizations, handling inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations, and conducting discussions to resolve their queries and concerns. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, perform quality assurance tasks, and participate in leadership development programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Establish consultations with union members and organizations to discuss their benefits and provide guidance on how to access them
* Conduct discussions to resolve customer complaints and concerns, using active listening skills and empathy to de-escalate conflicts
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
* Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure that customer service standards are met
* Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**
