**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative sales assessments and tailored marketing solutions through various channels, including phone, email, and web meetings. Your goal will be to turn clients into partners by supporting the effective execution of marketing strategies to help vendors sell, service, and retain more clients at a lower cost, while growing showroom revenue potential opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Client achievement management
* Act as the primary resource for clients, serving as a bridge between the client and internal support teams
* Offer consultative sales assessments and comprehensive marketing solutions through phone, email, and web meetings
* Understand and address clients' objectives, proactively providing marketing solutions tailored to their needs
* The CSM strives to become a client partner by supporting the effective execution of marketing strategies to help vendors sell, service, and retain more clients at a lower cost, while growing showroom revenue potential opportunities
Campaign oversight
* Screen and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns
* Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure timely execution of campaign objectives and revenue projections
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the performance of the client's product portfolio and present these regularly. This could include recommendations to invest in new tools or marketing channels
* Proactively identify opportunities to offer solutions from our portfolio of offerings and increase share of wallet, using your business experience to position, overcome objections, and close
Functional excellence
* Become an informed expert on all organization products
* Contribute to new ventures and services as the organization grows and expands
* Work effectively both independently and as a team player
* Adhere to internal processes and procedures with accuracy
* Proactively seek improvements to meet organizational objectives

* Participate in web calls, maintaining exceptional skill and affinity with clients while working from a distance
* Provide meticulous attention to detail and reliability
**Requirements**
* Open to working with large marketing budgets across various channels with a strong understanding of digital marketing
* A confident, intellectual leader with experience holding high-stakes, critical calls with enterprise-level clients
* Demonstrated expertise in account management or client-facing roles
* Demonstrated experience selling into an established account base, including creating compelling incentives and overcoming objections
* Demonstrated expertise in analysis and reporting
* At least 3 years of professional experience, specifically in a consultative account management, client retention, or client-facing role
* Experienced in client retention and client de-heightening abilities
* Preferred background in marketing, sales, or media sales
* Shown public speaking and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
