Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, and cat-loving Customer Support Representative to work part-time from home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support for our innovative self-washing cat box. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a love for cats, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring prompt resolution to customer inquiries and issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our self-washing cat box, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, repairs, returns, and other product-related questions.
- Work independently and as part of a remote team to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and meet productivity standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills, with a clear and concise speaking voice.
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, navigating different software systems.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Turn constructive feedback into growth opportunities, continually improving your skills and performance.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience (preferred)
- 1+ year of technical support experience (preferred)
- Adequate home workspace with secure, password-protected WIFI
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
- Previous experience working directly with customers (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support
