Job Overview
We're seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote, work-from-home capacity starting on October 31, 2024. As a Healthcare Customer Service Rep, you will be the frontline representative for blithequark, engaging with patients, members, and customers to enhance their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings and other healthcare needs.
- Conduct welcome calls to assist new members and patients with understanding their benefits and insurance information.

- Perform outbound calls to conduct surveys, gathering valuable feedback to improve our services.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
