Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls with a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
 - Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, customer account and billing processes, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service, ensuring you're always equipped to address customer inquiries.
 - Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
 - Provide high levels of customer account management by accurately setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
 - Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, demonstrating your organizational skills and attention to detail.
 - Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, contributing to the smooth operation of our customer service processes.
