Job Overview: Customer Support Executive
As a result of our ongoing success and growth, we're seeking a talented Customer Support Executive to join our team in supporting our US offering. You'll be an integral part of ensuring that our clients and brands have a seamless experience when utilizing our B2B solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of internal support tasks, including media scheduling and offer management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Scheduling booked media campaigns, including collecting assets, confirming booked dates, and sending approvals to brands.
- Manage offer management requests, such as scheduling boosted offers, creating additional offers, resolving code issues, and updating image offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively around booked media campaigns.
- Cross-collaborate with internal teams, including Design, Customer Success, and Advertising teams, to ensure a cohesive and client-centric approach.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with B2B or B2C clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored support.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proven track record of working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, experience with the following tools and technologies is highly desirable:
- Asana: Familiarity with this project management tool will enable you to streamline tasks and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Salesforce: Experience with this CRM platform will help you manage client relationships and track interactions efficiently.
